Worst service. They don't provide all the amenities they mentioned on the website. Not customer friendly, they don't care whether you take the room or not. Nearby lot of good hotels are available, better find other hotels.

The service was too bad AC was not working. Photo in the gallery is also fake. No hygiene facility even after asking for it. The food also they bring from outside. The staff behaviour at room dining is rud.

Inside of the hotel was nice and pretty simple furnished with makes you acceptable. Rooms were nice and good air conditioned. Wifi speed was good and no complaints about it. Food was ok and could be better. I was satisfied and happy about this hotel.

Was Refered to this hotel late at night by the hotel that was over booked (Ginger Hotel near railway stn). Was told it is good as. Hotel is large with number of floors. Situated on a busy road where our room was facing, had noise through the night. Trucks unloading metal items next door to the hotel. The room and bathroom look ok at first sight but once you start using the facilities you can see how cleanness. As my child has asthma she could not sleep well because of the dust in the room. All staff are very helpful. Got my money exchanged at reception. Had some WIFI connectivity. I would not of chosen this hotel but because it was late night and family very tried I had no choice.

Apart from the location, this hotel doesn't have much going for it. We arrived in Delhi after a 24 train ride from Varanasi thanks to the heavy fog. A pushy man took us here when we got out of the train station an after calling a couple of other hotels that were close, we reluctantly agreed to go with him based on his promise of rooms for INR1000/1500. We arrived and had to pay INR2500 for an average room with check-in that was after midnight. The hotel is unfinished and untidy for the price - you can do so much better in Delhi. The staff were unfriendly and didn't make us feel welcome whatsoever. After less than a 12 hour stay, we got out of there asap. They 'looked after our luggage' for some of the day by putting it in the lobby with stickers on it. Has potential with A LOT of room for improvement.
